London, UK. The Center for Lebanese Studies is an independent academic research institution. It was founded in 1985 in association with the Middle East Center at St. Antony's College, Oxford. Its aims are to promote international understanding of the country and issues facing it.

Beirut. The Lebanese Center for Policy Studies (LCPS) is an independent, non-profit research institute based in Beirut. Its mission is to provide policy research on issues relevant to political, social and economic development in Lebanon and the Arab World. LCPS publishes studies and organizes conferences that analyze and aim to improve public policy.
